About the Role
Join our team of Import Analysts where you will liaise with multiple third parties, including US Customs, clients, and shipping companies, to ensure international imports are cleared for entry into the US. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Use multiple computer programs to input required information into our database.
- Communicate with clients and transportation carriers via email and phone.
- Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment clearing shipments is an asset.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- An eye for detail is critical for success in the role.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset.
