About the Role

Wise is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Banks vertical within the North America Wise Platform team. This role is designed as a stepping stone for ambitious professionals aiming to master the operational aspects of enterprise-level fintech deals before transitioning into a Business Development role. You will serve as the key liaison between the Business Development team, internal departments, and potential partners, managing workflows and deal governance to enhance sales efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) on researching target accounts, building stakeholder maps, and creating intelligence briefs for sales outreach.
  • Manage project plans for active sales opportunities, assigning action items, ensuring accountability, and maintaining risk registers.
  • Partner with Compliance, Product, Legal, and Operations teams to facilitate due diligence, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and manage complex partner onboarding.
  • Prepare introductory materials, customize sales collateral, and conduct data analysis on payment routes for prospective partners.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy, ensure adherence to stage gates, and manage internal communication for opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and anticipation of team needs.
  • Ambition and sales mindset for a future transition into Enterprise Business Development.
  • Proven track record in sales development (BDR/SDR), sales enablement, or revenue strategy.
  • Exceptional detail-orientation and organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate internal teams.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Comfort with modern revenue technology stacks.
  • Previous experience in payments, banking, or fintech is highly preferred.
