About the Role

Strategy & Operations combines strategic thinking, strong analytical problem solving, and operational execution to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive measurable business impact for our New Verticals businesses. You will drive the strategy and execution needed to build a reliable, scalable Dasher supply and tools for all New Verticals offerings, owning initiatives that improve the end-to-end Dasher in-store experience and supply strategies. This is an individual contributor position reporting into a Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead cross-functional projects, collaborating with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to develop and implement tech solutions that increase selection across our New Vertical offerings.
  • Own and deliver on improving key selection metrics.
  • Create and execute quarterly and annual strategic plans aligned with product capabilities to elevate order quality.
  • Build strategic initiatives and drive innovation across our offerings, from high-level strategy to operational details.
  • Analyze data to drive business decision-making.
  • Root cause problems with a systems first approach and identify how to automate repeatable tasks using AI tools.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience succeeding in high-performing cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups or a related experience).

Salary/Compensations

  • $105,400—$155,000 USD
