About the Role
AI Operations exists to close the gap between promising AI solutions and actual changes in team workflows. This role focuses on embedding deeply with teams to understand their work, identify constraints, and build AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable improvements and lasting change.

- Lead change management efforts, including training, documentation, and ongoing support, to ensure new workflows are adopted.
- Create durable handoffs with reliable tools, clear operating documentation, and accountable owners.
- Help write the playbook for AI Operations, defining success criteria, duration, handoff requirements, and focus areas.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, product operations, or a similar role owning a business outcome end-to-end.
