About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will help keep the store operational and energetic. You will lead the shift by focusing on smooth operations, strong delegation, and team support to maintain high energy, sharp standards, and a top-notch guest experience. You will support store management in daily operations and help juicers grow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
- Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and up to Pink Standards, reporting any issues promptly.
- Support new juicers through the training process: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
- Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
- Handle in-store feedback with a professional and guest-first approach.
- Monitor commercial targets throughout the shift.
- Manage deliveries and report accurately.
- Guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
- Passion for people, service, and personal growth
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs
- Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements
- Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects
- Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill
