About the Role

The Digital Partner Marketing Manager (DPMM) is a partner-facing GTM leader responsible for translating Microsoft priorities into actionable, high-impact partner marketing execution. This role goes beyond campaign delivery, acting as strategic advisors and GTM orchestrators to enable partners in building and executing scalable co-marketing plans that drive pipeline, opportunity creation, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define target audiences, value proposition, messaging, and channel strategy.

  • Align closely with PMMs, PDMs, and sales stakeholders on GTM priorities.
  • Guide partners to launch and execute campaigns quickly using available assets and programs.
  • Support end-to-end campaign activation (planning → execution → optimization).
  • Ensure alignment to Microsoft incentives, programs, and Campaign-in-a-Box frameworks.
  • Drive repeatable execution models across the partner portfolio.
  • Drive partner activity toward pipeline generation and opportunity creation.
  • Track performance across funnel metrics (leads, referrals, pipeline).
  • Use dashboards and data insights to recommend next best actions.
  • Ensure campaign impact is measurable and tied to business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner marketing and leadership teams.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with a portfolio of partners (15-20).
  • Influence partner priorities without authority, guiding focus toward highest-impact activities.
  • Lead partner meetings and workshops with confidence and clarity.
  • Use performance data to prioritize partners, campaigns, and investments.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities early and drive course correction.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent use of tracking tools, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners using structured frameworks, templates, and playbooks.
  • Deliver consistent output quality through repeatable processes.
  • Contribute to a globally standardized operating model with local adaptability.
  • Maintain strong execution cadence across planning, delivery, and reporting cycles.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in B2B, digital, or partner marketing (preferably in tech/Microsoft ecosystem).
  • Proven experience working with partners (ISVs, SI, CSPs, or similar ecosystems).
  • Experience building and executing GTM or demand generation strategies.
