About the Role

Starlite Building Services is seeking a Project Manager in NYC to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring exquisite quality and great end products. The company provides specialized training and development tools to support professional growth in project management, client collaboration, and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address, and resolve purchasing challenges during the early stages of pre-construction.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing to set up projects, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and selection of the best subcontractors.
• Partner with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule.
• Thoroughly complete all financial data, identifying potential or existing issues that could lead to subpar financial performance.
• Maintain and develop relationships to reinforce a commitment to world-class customer service with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management with a subcontractor or a commercial general contracting company.
