Responsibilities

  • Compile, organize, and maintain project files and documentation.
  • Request, collect, and follow up on outstanding documents and information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings by taking detailed notes, documenting action items, and assisting with follow-up tasks.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper organization.
  • Maintain and improve the company's digital filing systems and document management processes.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and status updates to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools while providing regular updates to team members.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between corporate departments, field teams, and other stakeholders to support seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate scheduling for site visits, inspections, meetings, and other project-related activities.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support department objectives.
