About the Role
Join an established, high-performing clinic in Romford as an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist. This role offers greater clinical autonomy, the opportunity to make a commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology. You will take ownership of a successful business, combining independent clinical decision-making with the backing of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand
Requirements
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
