About the Role
i2 Group is seeking a Product Manager to shape the evolution of its product portfolio and deliver innovative solutions. Product Managers collaborate across the business to define product strategy, prioritize investments, and ensure product development aligns with business objectives. This role involves understanding customer use cases, industry trends, and market opportunities to inform product roadmaps and support go-to-market activities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-discipline resource deployment and prioritization.
- Lead decisions and activities across divisions/units and with external stakeholders.
- Be accountable for key outcome metrics, including usage, user experience, market, sales, and operational metrics.
- Develop market Points of View (POV) using internal and external research.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market influencers.
- Articulate market dynamics to the team.
- Gather market requirements to support offering design and validation.
- Recommend differentiation strategy and value proposition.
- Demo offering capabilities and drive stakeholder validation.
- Analyze feedback to identify and address gaps or opportunities.
- Lead translation of prioritized requirements to development plans.
- Evaluate digital readiness.
- Collaborate with development leaders to create offering releases and align offering design with business objectives.
- Help lead build/buy/partner decisions for offerings/features.
- Support development of offering business plans, including financial/resource capacity forecasting.
- Assist in defining effective routes to market, identifying key channels and potential gaps.
- Create materials on pre- and post-launch direction and priorities.
- Recommend key performance metrics.
- Enable the broader offering team by maintaining readiness dashboards and providing technical/operational guidance.
- Negotiate contracts with development teams, drive collaboration to meet schedules, and manage delivery.
- Convert technical positioning into market messages.
- Confirm accuracy and accessibility of marketing communications.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on GTM and channel enablement plans.
- Contribute to learning programs and enablement assets.
- Work with legal to create a clear, standard contract.
- Collect and analyze metrics and feed back insights, including user analytics.
- Work with finance and pricing to analyze offering performance, gaps, and opportunities.
- Identify and address weaknesses or GTM execution issues.
- Monitor sales process.
- Drive win/loss data collection and analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience driving high growth businesses and new product introduction with a strong focus on maintaining and developing credibility in the market.
- Strategic and creative thinker.
- Strong business and data analysis skills related to the Intelligence Analysis market.
- Experienced in building business plans/business case.
- Strong leadership skills to drive ideas and projects to completion across a highly matrixed organization.
