About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Assistant Manager and communicate all matters or concerns.
  • Ensure adequate components and hardware are available at the workstation.
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble and connect components according to wiring diagrams and specific sequences.
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks on sub-assemblies and subsequent units.
  • Gain full knowledge of procedures for each work station and be prepared to work at any station as directed.
  • Follow first-off procedures and complete all required documentation.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products and ensure Quality Assurance Inspector performs first-piece checks for deviations.
  • Meet safety, product quality, productivity standards, and cost-efficiency objectives.
  • Obtain, accurately complete, and return production tickets.
  • Abide by and support Lincoln Electric’s Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Trades Courses.
  • Ability to understand and interpret job-related specifications and procedures.
