About the Role

Lincoln Electric is a global leader in industrial machinery and technology, providing innovative solutions for welding, cutting, and automation. This role involves contributing to the manufacturing and assembly of vital equipment, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Manager and communicate all matters or concerns.
• Ensure adequate components and hardware are available at the workstation.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble and connect components according to wiring diagrams and specific sequences.
• Perform Quality Assurance checks on sub-assemblies and subsequent units.
• Gain full knowledge of procedures for each work station and be prepared to work at any station as directed.
• Follow first-off procedures and complete all required documentation.
• Conduct visual inspections of products and ensure Quality Assurance Inspector performs first-piece checks for deviations.
• Meet safety, product quality, productivity standards, and cost-efficiency objectives.
• Obtain, accurately complete, and return production tickets.
• Abide by and support Lincoln Electric’s Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Trades Courses.
• Ability to understand and interpret job-related specifications and procedures.
