About the Role
The Transaction Services (TS) Associate/Analyst will work closely with Transaction Services Sales Consultants in their sales and TS relationship activities in the region, focusing on Payments & Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Corporate Card solutions, and Trade Financial Solutions for ING’s Wholesale Banking clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and expand network business by deepening existing relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities with prospects and drive TS cross-sell.
- Prepare client pitch presentations.
- Prepare pricing and conduct financial analysis.
- Assist with solutioning and development of Cash & Liquidity Management structures.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders.
- Run the pricing process and manage internal pricing models for approval.
- Interact with clients throughout the process and coordinate responses to RFPs and other proposals.
- Provide clients and team with solutions details and work on client implementations with stakeholders.
- Work closely with relevant areas of the organization to deliver TS solutions to the client portfolio.
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and best practices.
- Ensure smooth and efficient coordination throughout the network.
Requirements
- Understanding of Cash & Liquidity Management and Trade Finance Solutions products for clients operating globally, across multiple sectors.
- 2+ years of experience in the Cash & Liquidity Management Solutions space, possible Trade Finance Solutions or prior experience in an Analyst role.
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar field.
- Strong financial and analysis capabilities.
- Strong written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Self-starter with a can-do mindset, able to work without direction.
- Team player.
- Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
