About the Role
Chenango Memorial Hospital, a member of United Health Services, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established Walk-In Clinic team in Norwich, New York. Responsibilities
- Join a busy and well-established Walk-In Clinic
- Clinic staffed by two APPs
- Average daily volume of 40-50 patients, approximately 20-25 patients per provider
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board certified or board eligible
- New York State license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous urgent care, walk-in, emergency medicine, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred

- $147,000-$171,000 annually
