About the Role
Seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player for a full-time Pest Control Technician position. This role involves resolving customer pest concerns, maintaining equipment, and serving as a subject matter expert for pest solutions.
Responsibilities
- Running a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
- Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order.
- Keeping accurate records of treatments provided.
- Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws.
- Serving as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing efficient pest solutions.
- Maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures.
- Advising customers of potential problems.
- Keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes.
- Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in usage.
- Carrying a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs.
Requirements
- No experience necessary; training will be provided.
- A US driver’s license valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
- A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
- A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
