About the Role
As a Manager, Restaurant Success in the SMB Merchant Network, you will oversee a team of Associate Account Managers and Senior Associate Account Managers, assigned to a region. You will play a crucial role in leading and supporting your team to achieve strategic objectives and foster strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of associate account managers to ensure high performance, engagement, and career growth through coaching and ongoing feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in client service and achievement of goals.
- Model creative thinking and problem-solving for the team, providing guidance and support in developing unique solutions.
- Monitor team performance, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Serve as a supplemental, and sometimes key, point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
- Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between associate account managers and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
- 5+ years of relevant work Sales process experience
- 1+ years of management/leadership experience is required
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Native-level fluency in English is required.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Salary/Compensations
- Illinois: $80,000- $100,000 ($100,000 - $125,000 OTE)
- New York: $88,000 - $110,000 ($110,000 - $137,500 OTE)
- Uncapped commission with a base salary
