Responsibilities

• Manages fabrication operations across the business, including production, budgetary, and financial performance goals.
• Develops and monitors fabrication production and quality standards and procedures.
• Applies leading-edge knowledge of industry and competitive trends impacting production scope to fabrication processes.
• Oversees the implementation of safety, health, and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites.
• Manages inventory levels across the business and through the production process.
• Manages, hires, trains, and develops a staff of regional Fabrication managers.

Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• May require certification.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
• Experience in fabrication or construction industry.
• Experience managing multiple sites in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in utilizing financial indicators to measure performance and costs.

Work Type

• Overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.

Experience Level

• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.

Education Level

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Salary/Compensations

• $131,600.00-$217,200.00 Annual
