About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Connectivity and Integrations product area. This role focuses on expanding Canary's addressable market and pursuing new integrations to unlock new staff-facing and guest-facing workflows. It is a key strategic role that will work across the product team and cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and implementations teams, directly impacting Canary's growth trajectory and supporting new product initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Canary's third-party integrations across reservation platforms, payment gateways, and other adjacent hospitality integrations.
  • Serve as the platform product manager for integrations across all Canary products, defining shared frameworks and reusable APIs.
  • Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, enterprise brand requirements, and revenue impact.
  • Own the relationships with integration partners including technical scoping, testing + certification, and managing each partnership across the integration lifecycle.
  • Partner with product teams to ensure integrations meet each product's needs while keeping the underlying platform consistent and maintainable.
  • Define and track integration health metrics - data accuracy, sync reliability, uptime, latency, and coverage - surfacing actionable improvements before customers feel the impact.
  • Represent the integrations roadmap to enterprise customers, sales, and customer success translating technical constraints into clear commitments and realistic timelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product management, including experience owning platform, API, or integration products.
  • Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations — ideally PMS, CRS, or payment gateways/processors, or comparable B2B ecosystems (fintech rails, ERP, EHR, or similar).
  • Sufficient technical depth to discuss APIs, webhooks, data modeling, authentication, and integration architecture with engineers.
  • A track record as a platform PM serving multiple internal product teams as customers, balancing competing needs against a single coherent platform vision.
  • Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including technical scoping and certification processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort connecting integration reliability and coverage to customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Experience in hospitality technology (PMS, CRS, or payments) is a strong plus.

Experience Level

  • 6+ years in product management

Salary/Compensations

  • $210,000 - $260,000 target cash compensation
  • Includes a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.
  • Includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.

Benefits

  • Company-wide days off each month to ensure at least one extended weekend or day off.
  • Budget for purchases that help individuals achieve personal goals.
  • Budget to drive cross-functional professional development conversations.
  • Travel stipend to visit offices in New York, San Francisco, or Dallas.
  • Credit towards stays at hotels that Canary works with.
