About the Role
A growing company is looking for highly motivated Hazmat CDL Drivers/Laborers who provide excellent customer service and want to be part of a great organization. This role involves early morning starts, daily local runs, and being home every night and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Safe operation of a commercial vehicle to/from and on the job site.
- Pass background checks, physical, and secure a DOT medical card.
- Work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Perform assigned tasks safely, including lifting, climbing, shoveling, and safe operation of assigned equipment.
- Ensure accurate and legible paperwork.
- Maintain a good attendance record.
Requirements
- Comply with all DOT, State and Local regulations, company and customer policies.
- Ability to drag/lift packages up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to drive standard shift vehicles.
- Position requires working outdoors.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Drivers license required.
- Work authorization in the United States preferred.
Skills
- CDL Class A with Haz-Mat endorsement preferred, training available.
- Construction experience helpful.
- Secure freight by hand.
