About the Role

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life daily by providing an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent company values and bring your authentic self to work.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed.
• Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Love interacting with people.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
