About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager to play a key part in defining our product's future. This role is for someone who loves speaking to customers, identifies problems worth solving, and proactively pursues them, ideally with a background in AI-native product development and a builder's mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment. The focus is on improving the product for its daily users, rather than managing backlogs, with close collaboration between design and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Shape product direction by owning problem definition and prioritization, balancing customer needs, strategic goals, and commercial objectives.
- Conduct customer interviews, market analysis, and gather input from Sales and Customer Success to validate ideas and understand user needs.
- Develop and apply an AI-native product mindset, starting with user needs and integrating AI where it adds value.
- Maintain high product standards while being pragmatic, ensuring a polished user experience for daily users.
- Take ownership of all aspects of the product lifecycle, including sales, customer support, and marketing collaboration.
Requirements
- +6 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in building user-facing products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong product taste and high standards for quality, combined with the ability to make pragmatic decisions and iterate.
- Customer-obsessed with a proven track record of speaking directly with users.
- Hands-on experience building AI-native products where AI is central to the user experience.
- Low ego with a bias toward ownership and achieving outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering closely with design, engineering, and other functions.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Based within European time zones, either from our Copenhagen or London office or remotely.
