About the Role
The Marketing Administrator supports and executes digital marketing initiatives, social media strategy, and sales enablement efforts to enhance Culligan’s digital presence, support local market growth, and maintain strong customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish high-quality organic content across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and additional social platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
- Lead the planning, management, and execution of the internal social media content calendar.
- Support digital operations through content scheduling, platform oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Manage customer interactions across all social channels, providing timely and professional responses.
- Evaluate social media performance for organic and paid initiatives, delivering KPI-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive reporting on digital campaigns.
- Facilitate and host webinars for the sales team, serving as the primary resource for local social content planning, training, and best-practice guidance.
- Ensure full compliance with Culligan brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.
- Provide administrative support for local events, trade shows, and community partnerships.
- Maintain an organized inventory of printed marketing assets.
- Act as the central contact for sales literature development and ordering.
- Conduct market research to identify local sales opportunities and support lead-generation efforts.
- Provide sales and marketing support for area Sales Managers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge and proven experience of marketing principles, digital platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and brand-aligned written content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency across major social media platforms and familiarity with digital marketing best practices.
- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities, manage tight timelines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and operations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, shared drives, and content management platforms.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a collaborative attitude.
- Minimum 1 day per week in our Cambridge, ON Head office.
- Ability to travel to branches across Canada on an ad hoc/as needed basis.
- Possess a driver's license and ability to drive to locations within Ontario.
- Able to lift boxes and marketing materials.
