About the Role

Diligent is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager (Risk, Audit & Compliance) to join our Professional Services department. This role involves owning partner relationships, leading partner-led implementations, supporting partner certification, coaching junior team members, and providing expertise on strategic pursuits. You will collaborate with senior partner leaders and internal Diligent teams to ensure high-quality delivery across our global partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own partner-firm relationships at the senior delivery leadership level, including capacity, investment, certification tier-movement, and growth conversations.
  • Lead complex and high-risk partner-led client implementations, coordinating remediation for performance issues.
  • Build evidence cases for partner certification tier advancement by analyzing engagement quality, track record, and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead the partner-side of strategic-account partner-led pursuits, validating fit, capacity, and ensuring certification standards are met.
  • Design and refine partner enablement curriculum in partnership with enablement and product teams, identifying training needs and building self-certification roadmaps.
  • Surface cross-regional and cross-account partner-portfolio patterns to management, including tier-movement trends and engagement quality.
  • Lead consequential post-implementation reviews on strategic-account partner-led engagements, feeding findings back to internal teams.
  • Serve as the senior voice in cross-business-unit partner conversations where partner relationships span multiple product lines.
  • Escalate risks to management when partner performance jeopardizes Diligent’s reputation or strategic-account outcomes, while keeping internal teams aligned.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in partner ecosystem management, channel management, alliance management, or implementation services management in the GRC software space or adjacent enterprise SaaS verticals.
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-regional or strategic-account partner-firm relationship management at the senior delivery leadership level.
  • Direct experience leading partner certification-tier advancement decisions with defensible evidence cases.
  • Working AI fluency, including prompt engineering, agent-augmented workflow design, structured-capture habits, and comfort working alongside AI tooling.
  • Strong commercial fluency at the strategic-account level, including partner-deal economics, pricing implications, and certification-tier ROI.
  • Senior individual contributor presence, comfortable working at the Vice President of Delivery level inside partner firms and at the business unit leadership level inside Diligent.
  • Demonstrated coaching capability with a track record of developing junior professionals.
  • Strong written communication skills for evidence cases, executive briefs, and escalation memos.
  • Willingness to travel for partner-firm engagements.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and independent, able to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
  • Growth-minded, passionate about contributing to business growth and identifying opportunities.
  • Curious and eager to learn, open to feedback, and keen to develop new skills.
