About the Role
We’re hiring Tile & Flooring Helpers eager to learn and build a long-term career in commercial flooring and tile installation. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in a job well done, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Assist installers with tile and flooring installation
- Mix and prepare materials (mud, grout, thin-set, etc.)
- Prep and clean floors, walls, and work areas
- Stock materials and support the installation crew
- Learn professional installation techniques and best practices
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Professional attitude and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (can be completed before starting)
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
