About the Role

Lincoln Center Theater is seeking a part-time assistant to support the Learning English and Drama (LEAD) team within the Education and Community Engagement department. This role is crucial for the successful execution of programs and workshops from September 2026 to June 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Track teaching artists’ schedules and prepare them for payroll.
  • Source and assemble workshop materials and coordinate pickup with teaching artists.
  • Support catering, materials, and A/V needs for on-site professional development workshops and LEAD convening.
  • Create programs, flyers, and signs for workshops and LEAD convening.
  • Organize LEAD resources.
  • Assemble and collect student and teacher surveys, and process LEAD data.
  • Contribute ideas for teacher and teaching artist professional development workshops.
  • Participate in planning meetings for convenings and outside PD, when available.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the LEAD Project, its goals, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite applications, and Asana.

Salary/Compensations
