About the Role

DOSS is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to build and scale the referral channel, focusing on a network of service providers who advise consumer brands. The goal is to turn these relationships into a steady flow of qualified referrals for the sales team, with partners earning a revenue share for successful deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development of a network of service providers including fractional CFOs, COOs, operators, outsourced accounting firms, 3PLs, and complementary software (ISV) and CPG communities.
  • Source and prioritize the right firms to build deep relationships.
  • Make it easy and worthwhile for partners to send clients.
  • Source and prioritize the right firms.
  • Get partners to know and trust DOSS.
  • Make it easy and worth their while to send clients.
  • Partner naturally with Sales, Marketing, and the Partnerships Director.
  • Bring structure to collaboration without bureaucracy.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in partnerships, channel/referral development, business development, or partner-facing sales at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in or selling into the CPG / consumer-brand ecosystem strongly preferred, or an adjacent "Office of the CFO" / operations software background.
  • Understand how consumer brands operate and who advises them.
  • Demonstrated track record of building partner-sourced pipeline and converting relationships into revenue outcomes.
  • Comfortable navigating small service-provider firms to find the principal who controls referrals.
  • You've stood up a referral or channel motion before, or been early enough in one to know what "building the plane while flying it" looks like.
  • You thrive in ambiguity.
  • A natural relationship builder who can open doors cold, earn a partner's trust, and keep them warm and producing over time.
  • You can say no to low-fit partners and concentrate your energy on the few who will actually generate pipeline.
  • You think in partner-sourced pipeline and revenue share, and you keep attribution clean.
  • Comfortable with qualification and CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
  • Must be a self-starter who actively "does the work" without relying on direction or hand-holding at every step.
