About the Role

At LEGOLAND New York Resort, we create unforgettable experiences for guests and teams. As a Theme Park Associate, you will play a vital guest-facing role, training across multiple positions and assignments within a designated area of the park. This dynamic, fast-paced role is for individuals who are collaborative, enjoy variety, and believe in FUN.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with guests in a variety of roles, helping ensure every visit is fun, safe, and memorable.
• Learn and perform roles in areas such as ushering shows and theaters, working with attractions, guiding LEGO build experiences, hosting special events, retail operations, park presentation (custodial), admissions & parking, guest services, and more.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Cross train in multiple departments and maintain knowledge through refresher training.
• Rotate between positions throughout the day based on staffing and guest flow needs.
• Support resort operations in various job functions as needed.
