About the Role
As a Retail Associate at LEGOLAND® New York Resort, you will play a vital guest-facing role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily retail operations throughout the park. This is a seasonal, part-time role in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Assist guests in finding and selecting merchandise
- Provide accurate product information, including pricing, promotions, and availability
- Address guest questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
- Operate POS systems and process cash, credit, and other payments accurately
- Complete sales transactions efficiently
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to park policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
- Replenish shelves, displays, and fixtures throughout the day
- Ensure product tagging, pricing, and digital labels are accurate
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Availability: Weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
