About the Role
Spend the season at LEGOLAND® New York as a Ride Operator, ensuring guests have the best and safest visit possible. This role offers a fun, creative, and teamwork-oriented environment with opportunities for skill development.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a smile
- Ensuring guests get on and off rides and play structures safely
- Managing standard and fast-track queues
- Working as a team to resolve safety concerns, faults, or issues quickly
- Ensuring coasters are full of happy riders
Requirements
- A fun, energetic personality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available 7:30am - 7:00pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and some Holidays
- Flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- 65 feet eyesight range (with glasses or contact lenses if necessary)
- Ability to hear other Model Citizens even if they’re not visible (with hearing aids if necessary)
