About the Role
Mastercard Services is seeking a Partner Campaign Manager to support partner content and partner marketing campaign execution. This role is responsible for developing, engaging, and executing partner campaigns and content for partners and their audiences globally. It requires strong campaign skills, collaborative abilities, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and the ability to create, engage, and report on success.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and planning for co-marketing strategies with partners.
- Develop and execute co-marketing strategies that align with company and partner goals.
- Partner with product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, business development, and integrated campaign teams.
- Drive scale campaign adoption by encouraging partners to leverage internal Mastercard campaigns.
- Manage third-party agencies handling partner campaigns.
- Collaborate on the creation of turnkey solutions for campaigns via third parties.
- Support the creation of assets such as case studies, white papers, blogs, and social media content.
- Create enablement materials, such as playbooks and guides, for sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and evolve audience-specific messaging and positioning frameworks.
- Turn solution positioning into scalable campaign narratives.
- Track and measure campaign performance against key performance indicators.
- Evaluate campaigns and activations to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Build strong relationships across various marketing and business development teams.
- Work effectively across diverse teams and perspectives.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management or content strategy.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content for business and technical audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions.
- Experience supporting demand generation and full-funnel B2B campaigns.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working effectively in highly cross-functional, global organizations.
- Experience with fraud prevention, identity, open finance, cybersecurity, personalization, marketing data, analytics, insights, or intelligence solutions and services (Preferred).
- Background in content strategy & creation or editorial roles (Preferred).
