About the Role
As a Senior Associate in Front Office Strategy Consulting - Pharma Life Sciences Customer Analytics, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing customer experiences. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients improve their customer satisfaction and drive business growth. You will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow. In this role, you will design customer journey maps and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences. Responsibilities

- Managing customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and inform service design improvements
- Developing customer value propositions that align with business objectives and enhance client relationships
- Collaborating with teams to optimize business processes and improve customer service management
- Leveraging trend analysis to anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly
- Guiding teams in the execution of customer experience strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
