About the Role

Join Accenture's SAP practice to drive reinvention through Compressed Transformation, leveraging S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, Clean Core, and SAP Business AI. We are seeking a transformation maven to solve complex technical problems, lead development teams, and own technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for SAP custom development and extensibility, defining Clean Core strategy and the 3-tier extensibility model.
• Provide thought leadership on modern SAP development using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, Generative AI Hub, and SAP Business AI.
• Lead the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core, governing custom-code remediation, API adoption, and upgrade stability.
• Plan and conduct architecture and design workshops, owning code reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Support pursuits, estimation, and solution shaping, presenting to client architects and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services.
• Minimum of 4 years experience with data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related custom development.
• Minimum of 4 years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches, including RAP.
• Minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Prior experience supporting the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry/clients.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
