About the Role

As part of the Global Payments Network Product team, you will partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money. You will be responsible for improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms. This includes working with teams across the organization to evaluate current customer journeys, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs. You may work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Digital, Backoffice, Pricing, Risk and Go-to-Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products.

Responsibilities

  • Improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across platforms.
  • Evaluating current customer journeys, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Working across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Digital, Backoffice, Pricing, Risk and Go-to-Market.
  • Spearheading the transformation of E2E testing governance across the Global Payments Network.
  • Championing a cross-functional quality framework anchored in establishing robust governance around testing.
  • Driving an integrated environment strategy with tech partners.
  • Defining data usage and transmission needs to ensure Global Payment Network user journeys are well managed.
  • Partnering with leadership from Product, Tech and Operations to drive quality through proactive governance and product strategy and delivery.
  • Institutionalizing repeatable, highly-scalable quality processes and products that ensure organizational compliance and superior deliverable integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
