About the Role

Figma is seeking an experienced, customer-centric product leader to drive the company forward by ensuring a clear, coherent, and high-craft user experience across Figma's multi-product platform. This role impacts customer perception, adoption, retention, and collaboration rates, tackling complex core product and platform challenges with significant revenue implications and setting strategies for product experiences that affect millions of users daily.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams responsible for shared user experiences across the Figma product suite, including platform coherence, multiplayer, collaborative experiences, and the internal design system.
  • Set vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability at Figma, driving decisions and setting standards for cross-boundary leadership and high-quality PM craft.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design partners to achieve inspiring outcomes across teams.
  • Hire, coach, and develop senior Product Managers within the group.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to drive challenging, sweeping changes across groups.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Deep user empathy, appetite for complexity, and a drive for simplicity.
  • Proven track record of setting strategy and executing major user-facing initiatives in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
  • Experience coaching a senior bench of Product Managers.
  • Experience fostering collaborative, high-performance, and joyful team environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and UX judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to set pace and operate with high agency.
  • Experience working on major cross-app overhauls and design systems for a multi-product company (added plus).
  • Must keep cameras on during video interviews.
  • Required to attend in-person onboarding if hired.
