About the Role

ResProp Management is a growing multi-family property management company founded in 2010, focused on servant leadership and hiring top talent. We help people find apartment homes and build communities.

Responsibilities

• Drive property performance by maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas, including pools, laundry, clubhouses, and parking lots.
• Enhance resident satisfaction by responding to and completing assignments in a timely and quality manner.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and correcting safety issues or hazardous conditions, or reporting them to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Utilize software applications to track work and personal performance.
• Participate in a team environment handling various tasks in an evolving setting.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must possess own hand tools.
• Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the community.
• Must be available to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb stairs alternatively.
• Ability to lift or carry objects: over 150 pounds (rare), 75-150 pounds (occasional), 25-75 pounds (frequent), less than 25 pounds (constant).
• Must pass a background check and reference check prior to employment.
