About the Role
This role sits within the Advisory Department, specifically supporting the Site Assembly & CPO team. The individual will assist in advising public and private clients on major regeneration and infrastructure projects, from conception through to delivery, ensuring strategies are realistic and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Reporting into Partners, Senior Associates on a project-by-project basis
- CPO promotion
- Working with external consultants within the wider project team to deliver the client’s objectives
- Valuation and Acquisition
- Negotiation and Acquisition
- Communication, working closely with clients and project teams
- Property valuation and cost estimates
- Providing support to senior colleagues at client meetings and presentations
- Collaborating with a range of teams across the firm and taking an active role in the sector groups
- Helping support, manage and mentor graduate surveyors
- Cross-selling Montagu Evans’ range of consultancy and agency services to clients
- Promoting our activities and experience internally/externally
