About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will represent Lands' End to the customer by providing exceptional service, product expertise, and advanced selling skills. This role enhances customer experience and drives profitable sales while ensuring brand standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions, including suggesting outfitting options and related items.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, adjusting attention based on store traffic, and suggesting solutions based on customer interests.
• Maintain knowledge of Lands' End website and leverage it for customer solutions when products are unavailable in-store.
• Process customer transactions efficiently using the POS and online system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge of Lands' End products, services, and current fashion trends to enhance customer service and generate sales.
• Perform markdown and promotional activities as needed.
• Replenish stock and adhere to visual brand standards.
• Be available and flexible to work varied hours to support business needs.

Requirements
