We are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, connected lives in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community supports to help individuals build skills and engage in activities they care about.
• Offer companion services, including supervision and a supportive presence for safety and engagement.
• Facilitate community participation through volunteering, recreation, and meaningful experiences.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have up-to-date vehicle insurance, registration, and inspection.
• Background checks are required.
