About the Role
Kimley-Horn is seeking Environmental Science graduates to join our North Austin, Texas office. This role involves solving complex problems, assisting project managers, and collaborating across disciplines to contribute to the built environment.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce clients' visions for the future built environment.
- Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and clients' practices, procedures, and standards.
- Gain knowledge in natural resource regulations, water quality regulatory programs, wetlands identification (including botany and soil science), ecology, wildlife biology, water resources, geographic information systems, and environmental science.
- Perform travel and fieldwork (approximately 10-30%).
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant majors including Biology, Environmental Science, or related majors by Summer 2027.
