About the Role
CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Director, Digital Program Management to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate innovation, improve business performance, and create measurable value. This role involves connecting strategy to execution, building relationships, and driving adoption of digital solutions to enhance operational performance and support growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Develop program strategies, business cases, governance structures, success metrics, and executive communications.
- Partner with business and executive leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and translate challenges into actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate across teams to develop and scale digitally enabled solutions leveraging data, analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Lead organizational change efforts, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption programs.
- Establish and track key performance indicators, measure business impact, and provide executive-level reporting.
- Evaluate market opportunities and growth strategies for digital services and revenue-generating solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience leading complex business, operational, digital, or strategic initiatives required.
- Demonstrated success in program management, project management, or business leadership roles.
- Experience partnering directly with executive and senior leadership teams to drive strategic outcomes and lead organizational change and adoption initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence and lead across organizational boundaries.
- Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, financial analyses, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- AEC, infrastructure, or professional services industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics, automation, AI, enterprise systems, or digital business solutions preferred.
