About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform on-air switching and playlist management within Master Control.
- Oversee technical setup and daily routing of live broadcast signals.
- Investigate on-air issues and provide detailed discrepancy reports.
- Solve on-air problems and assist the engineering team with technical troubleshooting.
- Liaise with Programming, Client Services, and Production for planning and last-minute changes.
- Monitor and maintain multiple broadcast signals for distribution across all media platforms.
- Adhere to all internal and external broadcast policies and procedures (CRTC).
Requirements
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced broadcast environment.
- Experience with Imagine Automation in a server-based Master Control Environment.
- A natural curiosity and drive to win.

- A digital-first and analytical mindset to navigate and succeed in daily challenges.
- A passion for news, sports, and entertainment.
- Strong analytical, creative solution problem-solving skills with a team-oriented motivation and mindset.

- Must clear a criminal background check.
- A credit check and driver's abstract may be required depending on the role.
