About the Role
ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for their Williamsburg office location. This role is crucial as you will be the face of the practice for patients needing assistance.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Assisting incoming patients
- Verifying insurance coverage
- Entering patient demographics into the computer
- Pulling and filing medical charts
- Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Skills
- Epic experience is a plus
- Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
