About the Role
Serve as the primary client partner and process owner for the end-to-end acquisition of fleet vehicles, guiding clients through specification, cost analysis, and manufacturer selection to ensure acquisition decisions align with their fleet performance and financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact and owner of the factory order acquisitions process.
- Guide clients through model/manufacturer evaluation aligned to fleet performance goals.
- Assist clients with vehicle/specification decision-making.
- Keep clients informed on OEM changes impacting their fleet.
- Work directly with Commercial teams on account strategies.
- Create Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), payment schedules, price & specs documentation.
- Create Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) comparisons and recommend best value packages & equipment.
- Research and resolve client inquiries throughout the acquisition process by engaging the cross-functional acquisition team.
- Partner with New Business Activations to provide onboarding guidance, training, and acquisition recommendations for new clients.
- Provide client-facing training (Fleet Select, DLO).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent business experience.
- Must be Bilingual (French/ English).
- 3–4 years of professional experience with direct client contact.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence client decisions with diplomacy and consultative skill.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Results-oriented and accountable; takes ownership of outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to adapt to change with flexibility.
