About the Role

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, QA, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications and services.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using service-oriented and microservices architectures.
  • Participate in and provide leadership across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Drive cloud-native development initiatives leveraging AWS services and best practices.
  • Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using Git-based source control and deployment tools.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices, quality, and security standards.
  • Utilize AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to improve developer productivity and accelerate software delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, application architecture, and enterprise solution delivery.
  • Preferred development background using .NET/C# or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
  • Strong database experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience designing REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software design patterns.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
