About the Role
This position supports multi-site property functions, including conducting audits, managing bad debt, eviction filings, lease expirations, and final account statements. The role requires strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Yardi, general accounting, and effective organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Support multi-site electronic property functions in coordination with Operations.
- Complete regular audits, report findings, and post corrections as needed.
- Manage bad debt notices and eviction filings.
- Manage the lease renewal process, including generating renewal proposals, resident follow-up, and creating renewal leases.
- Complete final account statements and post move-out charges.
- Partner and communicate regularly with the Community Manager, Property Team, and/or Regional Manager.
- Ensure renters insurance compliance through regular audits, charge batches, and resident notifications.
- Perform accurate end-of-month accounting.
- Resolve prospect and resident issues addressed to the CAP and communicate resolutions with property teams.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong collections experience required.
- Accounting/Bookkeeping skills required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Excel.
- General accounting knowledge.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within required timelines.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work successfully with others.
- Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
- Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing.
- Superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible.

Salary/Compensations
- $63,000.00 - $75,000.00
