About the Role
Mobile Associates are brand ambassadors who build excitement around T-Mobile products and services. This learning role prepares associates for the Mobile Expert position by developing skills and proficiencies through training and hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve and sell to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
- Assist customers with their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
- Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Provide personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices, to keep customers connected.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and the benefits of T-Mobile plans and services.
- Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and resources.
- Maximize time on shift by seeking out information about wireless and technology innovations.
- Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience required; retail environment preferred.
- Passionate customer advocate with a desire to be yourself.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives
