Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility solutions on S/4HANA and BTP, primarily using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.
Drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core, guiding custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
Own technical design for workstreams, conducting code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse development with SAP Business AI where applicable.
Guide and mentor global delivery teams, communicating effectively across technical levels and geographies.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
Minimum of 3 years experience with data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related custom development.
Minimum of 3 years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches, including RAP.
Minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs, client workshops).
Prior experience supporting the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry/clients.
Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
