About the Role

The Project Manager will ensure efficient and effective administration and management of a statewide program, coordinating regional partners, disseminating information, tracking reporting and fiscal management, and maintaining communication systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage program administration
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners’ program managers, grant managers, and funders
  • Maintain current understanding of program goals and initiatives
  • Engage proactively with partners to ensure accountability and timely completion of grant deliverables
  • Monitor program progress and facilitate technical assistance to support partners
  • Ensure internal ILRC coordination and alignment with other projects
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions
  • Plan and facilitate virtual and in-person events
  • Participate in regular remote and in-person funder meetings
  • Document meetings, decisions, and processes
  • Engage ILRC programmatic staff to provide trainings or generate resources
  • Manage and administer subgranting
  • Execute and maintain partner subgranting documents
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for communication between ILRC, funders, and partner program managers
  • Work collaboratively with finance and administrative teams to execute subgrant agreements and ensure timely payments
  • Maintain and update project directories and listservs
  • Collect, track, review, analyze, and approve partner invoices and expense reports
  • Facilitate and track subgrantee budget modifications
  • Maintain, meet, and track deadlines
  • Manage reporting
  • Train and onboard partners on reporting requirements including Salesforce-based reporting portal
  • Provide technical assistance on reporting issues
  • Run and provide deliverables reports as requested
  • Communicate with partners about reporting requirements
  • Manage the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Work collaboratively with internal IT team and data consultant to support the design and development of reporting portals
  • Aggregate data and draft and ensure timely submission of reporting to funders
  • Serve as liaison for communicating data and findings to funders and internal ILRC teams

  • Advanced Excel skills including usage of and experience creating formulas, graphs and pivot tables
  • Some knowledge of data visualization principles and tools
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data, findings, and ideas clearly
  • Experience designing and managing events and other opportunities that promote learning
  • Experience working in databases
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience managing large and complex projects
  • PM certification is a plus

  • $108,000 - $116,000 annually
