About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity to drive growth across the Commercial Real Estate portfolio within the Northeast territory. This consultative role requires identifying opportunities, partnering with Relationship Managers, and engaging with C-suite clients to deliver modern, scalable treasury solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined CRE client portfolio; build and execute account plans to deliver net-new deposits, fee revenue, and wallet share
  • Proactively source, qualify, and progress a pipeline of GPL opportunities (payables, receivables, liquidity, and related cash‑management solutions)
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to coordinate coverage, prepare joint calls, and align sales motions for complex CRE client needs
  • Lead discovery sessions with CFO/COO/Controller and treasury leads to assess cash positioning, liquidity strategy, and operational workflows; translate findings into solution roadmaps
  • Deliver compelling executive‑level narratives and business cases that quantify value (efficiency gains, risk reduction, yield/ECR optimization, working‑capital impact)
  • Collaborate across Banking, Client Delivery, Middle Office, Sales Support, and Risk/Compliance to ensure disciplined execution and exceptional client experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
