About the Role
As a Production Operator in Traditional Services, you will play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of legal documents and correspondence. This position is responsible for executing high-volume document production tasks within a fast-paced legal services environment, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency at every stage of the workflow. You will be a critical member of the Traditional Services team, supporting attorneys, paralegals, and clients by producing accurate, professional legal documents. You will follow established procedures and quality standards while handling sensitive and confidential materials with discretion and care.
Responsibilities
- High-volume copying, printing, and document production
- Scanning and indexing documents
- Binding, finishing, and organizing legal and business documents
- Quality checking documents for accuracy and completeness
- Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or some college preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a document production, legal support, or operations role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; flexibility for occasional overtime or shift adjustments as needed
- Experience operating copiers, scanners, and production equipment
- Knowledge of document scanning and management processes
- Experience with legal document production is a plus
