About the Role
Condé Nast is seeking a Commerce Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth across 8 brands by managing and developing relationships with affiliate commerce partners. This role involves managing the partnership lifecycle from identification to execution and reporting, requiring collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Affiliate Commerce partners across 8 Condé Nast commerce brands, owning day-to-day relationships and the partnership lifecycle
- Establish, develop, and deepen relationships with Affiliate Commerce partners
- Develop strategic pitches and proposals that meet partner objectives while driving incremental growth for Condé Nast
- Lead campaign launches, deliverables, and ongoing partner communications
- Provide insightful monthly and campaign-level reporting and performance updates
- Deliver high-quality service and partnership management in line with Condé Nast standards
- Partner closely with commerce editorial brand leads to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and optimize partner performance
- Analyze merchant- and campaign-level performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
- Manage inbound partner requests, RFPs, and new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commerce Analytics, Advertising Sales, Editorial, and other internal teams to execute partnership opportunities
- Stay current on affiliate commerce trends, partner offerings, and evolving opportunities across the broader commerce ecosystem
- Communicate business performance, key insights, and growth opportunities to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, digital media, advertising sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or a related field
- Expertise in home, kitchen & beauty categories
- Strong understanding of affiliate commerce, digital media, and/or performance marketing
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to translate performance data and business insights into actionable recommendations and opportunities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and navigate a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
